The wine has a deep red colour, with aromas of cherries and berries. This medium-bodied wine has an excellent tannin structure giving it the proper balance and a very pleasant finish of red fruits and vanilla.

Serve at 18oC with pasta served with bacon, chilly in tomato sauce, pork with beans, veal and curry dishes, as well as cooked lamb or schnitzel.

Under proper storage conditions this wine can be aged and enjoyed for up to 5 years.
