The wine has a bright orange color with violet hints and dominant aromas of strawberry, cherry, and boysenberries. It is a refreshing and fascinating rosé wine balancing well a seductive sweetness and a crisp acidity.
Serve at 8 – 10oC with a variety of fruits and pastries, as well as Chinese and Thai cuisine. It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.
Under proper storage conditions this wine can be enjoyed for up to 3 years.
