The wine has a yellow-green colour, with aromas of melon, mango, kiwi and pineapple. This refreshing and fruity wine has a mouth-watering acidity and a persistent mineral finish.
Serve at 10oC with a variety of shellfish such as mussels, oysters, combs and clams as well as barbecued fish and exotic fruits.
Under proper storage conditions this wine can be aged and enjoyed for up to 3 years.
