The varietal Sauvignon Blanc from our vineyards, has white-green colour and aromas from tomato leaf, basil, mango and passion fruit. In the mouth it shows intense acidity,  and prolonged fruity after-taste with mango being the most distinguished.

Ideal pairing

Ideal as an aperitif and also accompanying hard-shell fish, green salads with fresh fruits or sea-food, pasta salads and goat or yellow cheeses.

In ideal preservation conditions it can be enjoyed for 3 more years.
